Reservation Process:

1.1. To reserve accommodation at The Royal Toby Hotel, guests must provide accurate personal information including full name, contact details, and payment information.

1.2. Reservations can be made via our official website, by contacting our reservation team, or through authorised third-party booking platforms.

1.3. By making a reservation, guests agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Cancellation Policy:

2.1. To prevent incurring cancellation or non-arrival fees, it’s essential for guests to adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which may differ based on the selected package. If cancellation is not made in advance, the full cost of the stay will be charged to the provided credit or debit card, and the entire booking will be released immediately. It’s advisable to review the cancellation and amendment terms at the time of booking. Any eligible refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation, credited back to the original payment card. If there are any uncertainties regarding our cancellation procedures, please consult the terms provided at the time of booking.

Modification of Reservation:

3.1. Changes to the reservation, such as arrival/departure dates or room type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.2. Guests must inform The Royal Toby Hotel promptly to request any modifications to their reservation.

No-Show Policy:

4.1. Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in a charge equivalent to the total cost of the reservation.

4.2. The Royal Toby Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to non-payment or fraudulent activity.

Force Majeure:

5.1. The Royal Toby Hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or labour disputes.

5.2. In such cases, The Royal Toby Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without liability.

Payment:

6.1. Payment for reservations is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated in special offers or packages.

6.2. The Royal Toby Hotel accepts major credit cards and may pre-authorise or charge the provided payment method prior to arrival.

6.3. Additional charges incurred during the stay, such as room service or damages, will be settled by the guest upon check-out, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Check-in and Check-out:

7.1. Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

7.2. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

7.3. Guests must present valid identification and a credit card upon check-in.

Damages and Losses:

8.1. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay.

8.2. The Royal Toby Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or losses incurred.

Guest Conduct:

9.1. Guests must behave responsibly and comply with hotel policies regarding noise, smoking, and other regulations.

9.2. The Royal Toby Hotel may evict guests who fail to comply with these policies without refund.

9.3. The Royal Toby Hotel is a Non-Smoking Hotel. Smoking areas are outlined throughout the property. A charge of £100.00 will be charged if evidence of smoking inside the building is found.

9.4. While we make every effort to maintain a peaceful environment, please note that some level of noise may be inevitable due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Other guests enjoying their stay.
  • Nearby construction activities.
  • Surrounding city or street noise.

Privacy Policy:

10.1. The Royal Toby Hotel respects guests’ privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.

10.2. Guest information provided during the reservation process will be securely stored and used only for reservation purposes.

Insurance:

11.1. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their insurance coverage is adequate for their needs and duration of stay.

Price Guarantee:

12.1. The Royal Toby Hotel adopts dynamic pricing, and the price of rooms fluctuates based on demand.

12.2. The price quoted at the time of reservation is the price guests will pay.

12.3. For any alterations in the Government rates of taxation and/or duty such as VAT, The Royal Toby Hotel reserve the right to alter pricing to take account of any variation.

Group Bookings:

13.1. Bookings for five or more rooms are classified as group reservations.

Corporate Agreed Rates:

14.1. Corporate agreed rates are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein, in addition to any specific terms agreed upon in the corporate agreement.

14.2. Any discrepancies between the terms herein and the corporate agreement shall be resolved in favour of the corporate agreement.

Jurisdiction:

15.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

15.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

By making a reservation at The Royal Toby Hotel, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The Royal Toby Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
