Hotel Receptionists

The Royal Toby Hotel are looking for Hotel Receptionists. Our Hotel Receptionist’s play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation. Often operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company, and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.
Our Receptionists are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and are key players in our front of house teams.

As one of our Reception team you are the first and last person our guests see, you set the bar for their visit and you will make sure that everything has exceeded their expectations before they leave.

This position will include working Late, Early & Middle Shifts and working on vital days such as Weekends, Public Bank Holidays and during the festive period. Experience in working with Rezlynx PMS would be an advantage but not essential.

Food & Bar Servers – The Rhydding Suite

Our purpose built function room The Rhyddings Suite are looking for Food & Bar servers. Food & Bar servers must have a great personality and a genuine desire to making sure our guests are looked after, with this in mind you must have good product knowledge, can work at pace whilst keeping a sense of humour and able to positively engage our guests. Work ethic, positive attitude & personality are key, so if you don’t quite have the experience we can train you. We require our applicants to be 18 years of age or over as we require you to be able to work on the bar.
